Physiotherapy for Women – Health and Well-being at Every Age
Physiotherapy is an effective way to maintain mobility, reduce pain, and strengthen muscles. Our women-focused physiotherapy helps prevent and relieve various health issues while supporting everyday well-being.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
The pelvic floor is an intimate but crucial part of the body, supporting the function of the urinary system, reproductive organs, and intestines. Weak or overly tense pelvic floor muscles can cause:
- Urinary incontinence
- Pelvic pain
- Postpartum issues
- Sexual discomfort
Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on strengthening, relaxing, and improving coordination of the muscles. Our specialists use a personalized approach, combining exercises, techniques, and lifestyle recommendations.

FAQ
Physiotherapy is a healthcare service focused on improving mobility, muscle strength, and overall function. Physiotherapists use various methods, including exercises, massage, stretching, manual therapy, and lifestyle recommendations, to relieve pain, restore mobility, and prevent health problems. Women’s physiotherapy especially supports well-being and quality of life during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic health issues, and menopause.
Postpartum physiotherapy focuses on strengthening pelvic floor and abdominal muscles to restore normal body function. Therapy helps reduce pain, prevent urinary incontinence, and improve body coordination. Personalized exercises and professional guidance accelerate recovery and improve the mother’s well-being.
The frequency of visits depends on individual needs and condition. Initially, 1–2 times per week is recommended to teach correct exercises and monitor progress. Later, exercises can be performed at home, and regular check-ups ensure lasting results and prevent issues.
