About me
I joined Next Fertility Nordic team in 2018. I have previously worked as a customer care specialist in different areas, inlcuding as a training course coordinator. I help coordinate interaction between our doctors, nurses and patients, and also help collegues in administrative matters. I consider it important that our patients receive the best possible service and care and feel welcome in our clinic.
Education
I graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater with a degree in classical singing pedagogy (2016, MA). In addition, I have completed various training courses in customer service, archiving and data protection.

The team works really well together, everyone is very polite and makes a huge effort to speak English, which was so appreciated. It can be daunting traveling somewhere alone to do IVF, however the minute I entered the clinic I felt very welcomed and at home. The team is extremely professional, the clinic is modern and immaculate.
