Become sperm donor

More and more women need donor sperm to have a baby. Your chance to help them. The Next Fertility Nordic clinic has an active gamete donation programme, where sperm donors receive free comprehensive health checks and feedback on their fertility.

Who is a suitable sperm donor?

We welcome mentally and physically healthy men aged between 18 and 35 years old. The sperm donor must have a healthy lifestyle and no family history of hereditary diseases. The sperm donor will be subjected to sperm analysis, testing for sexually transmitted diseases and genetic testing.

How does sperm donation work?

A sperm donor should expect to visit the clinic regularly to donate sperm. The donation of sperm is done in the clinic in a designated room by self-semen donation. In general, sperm donation takes place between 10 and 20 times over a period of 2-3 months.

As becoming a donor requires several visits to the clinic, we prefer local donors.

Sperm donation is anonymous in Estonia.

The woman/couple wishing to have a child will only be informed about the donor’s general biological and social data: nationality, skin colour, education, marital status, presence of children, height, build, hair and eye colour.

A compensation is provided for the donation of stem cells.

The sperm donor will be reimbursed €50 for a single donation (of which 50% will be paid in the same week and 50% after the whole donation process).
